(NSKK) -এর ওয়েবসাইট, ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম, কোর্স, পণ্য কিংবা সেবা ব্যবহার বা প্রবেশ করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা মানতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। এই শর্তাবলী NSKK-এর সকল ব্যবহারকারী, দর্শক, গ্রাহক ও যেকোনোভাবে যুক্ত ব্যক্তির জন্য প্রযোজ্য। দয়া করে সেবা ব্যবহারের পূর্বে শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।
১. সাধারণ বিধান
NSKK শিক্ষামূলক উপকরণ, কোর্স, ডিজিটাল কনটেন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা প্রদান করে, যা শিক্ষার মান উন্নয়ন ও জ্ঞান বিস্তারের লক্ষ্যে প্রণীত।
সেবা ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি ঘোষণা করছেন যে আপনি আইনত চুক্তি সম্পাদনের জন্য সক্ষম এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট অথবা NSKK-এর সাথে আপনার কার্যকলাপ থেকে উদ্ভূত সকল দায়ভার আপনার নিজের।
NSKK পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো সেবা, ফিচার বা কনটেন্ট সংশোধন, স্থগিত অথবা বাতিল করার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন ও নিরাপত্তা
নির্দিষ্ট সেবা বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীকে অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন করতে হতে পারে।
নিবন্ধনের সময় ব্যবহারকারীর সঠিক, পূর্ণাঙ্গ ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক।
ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর নিজস্ব।
প্রতারণা, অপব্যবহার বা শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনের সন্দেহ দেখা দিলে NSKK অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
৩. অর্ডার, পেমেন্ট ও মূল্যনীতি
সকল অর্ডার NSKK-এর অনুমোদন এবং পণ্য/সেবার প্রাপ্যতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
NSKK পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই মূল্য ও ফি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে।
পেমেন্ট কেবলমাত্র NSKK ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। তৃতীয় পক্ষের পেমেন্ট প্রসেসরের কারণে সৃষ্ট ত্রুটি, বিলম্ব বা সমস্যার জন্য NSKK দায়ী নয়।
প্রতারণা বা শর্ত ভঙ্গের কারণে NSKK যে কোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করতে পারে।
৪. পণ্যের তথ্য ও ব্যবহার
NSKK যথাসাধ্য সঠিক বিবরণ, ছবি ও স্পেসিফিকেশন প্রদান করে।
পণ্যের বাহ্যিক রূপ, নকশা, প্যাকেজিং বা কনটেন্টে সামান্য ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে, যা ত্রুটি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।
গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব ক্রয়ের পূর্বে পণ্য বা সেবার তথ্য যাচাই করা, তা তাদের প্রয়োজনের সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ কিনা।
৫. মেধাস্বত্ব
ওয়েবসাইটের কনটেন্ট, লোগো, কোর্স উপকরণ, নকশা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল মেধাস্বত্ব NSKK-এর একক সম্পত্তি, যা কপিরাইট ও প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।
পূর্ব লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট কপি, বিতরণ, পরিবর্তন বা ব্যবহার করা নিষিদ্ধ।
অনুমতিহীন ব্যবহার আইনি পদক্ষেপের আওতায় আনা হবে।
৬. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ ও নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম
NSKK-এর সেবা অবৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে বা অন্যের অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ন করার কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রমের মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত:
সিস্টেমে হ্যাকিং বা অনুমতিহীন প্রবেশ
ক্ষতিকর সফটওয়্যার, ভাইরাস বা ম্যালওয়্যার প্রেরণ
স্প্যামিং বা সেবার স্বাভাবিক কার্যক্রমে বিঘ্ন সৃষ্টি
শর্ত লঙ্ঘন করলে NSKK ব্যবহারকারীর প্রবেশাধিকার সীমিত, স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারে।
৭. দায়-সীমা
NSKK কোনো প্রকার পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা ফলশ্রুতিমূলক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না, যা তাদের পণ্য, সেবা বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে হতে পারে।
NSKK-এর দায়ভার সর্বোচ্চ সীমিত থাকবে ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য বা সেবার মূল্যের মধ্যে।
নিরবচ্ছিন্ন, ত্রুটিমুক্ত সেবা বা শতভাগ সঠিক কনটেন্ট প্রদানের নিশ্চয়তা NSKK দেয় না।
৮. বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি ও আইনগত কর্তৃত্ব
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে।
যেকোনো বিরোধ কেবল বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারাধীন থাকবে।
আইনি প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করার আগে NSKK গ্রাহক সহায়তার মাধ্যমে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করার পরামর্শ প্রদান করে।
৯. শর্তাবলীর সংশোধন
NSKK পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা হালনাগাদ করতে পারে।
ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব শর্তাবলী নিয়মিতভাবে পর্যালোচনা করা।
শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের পরও সেবা ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে, তা পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ বলে গণ্য হবে।
১০. অন্যান্য বিধান
NSKK পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই নতুন ফিচার, পণ্য বা সেবা চালু করতে পারে।
NSKK প্রদত্ত নির্দেশিকা, পরামর্শ বা সুপারিশ কেবল পরামর্শমূলক; তা অনুসরণ করা সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব।
তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা বা ওয়েবসাইট লিঙ্ক থেকে সৃষ্ট সমস্যার দায় NSKK নেবে না।
কোনো পরিস্থিতিতে NSKK কোনো অধিকার প্রয়োগ না করলে, ভবিষ্যতে সেই অধিকার প্রয়োগের ক্ষমতা অক্ষুণ্ণ থাকবে।
